The bottom layer of a pad is made of a breathable foil, which efficiently protects underwear and lets skin naturally breathe. The topsheet is either delicate, cloth-like extra softiplait or drainette netting. Full protection is provided by an absorbent core, which also neutralizes unpleasant scent. A stable adhesive strip and wide side wings keep a pad in place. They are all offered in pocket-packs, also available in maxi size.
